Do I need to provide materials?
You can provide the materials and parts, or CrossTrade can source them for cost plus a 20% pickup and procurement fee for residential quick-fix work. Larger project sourcing is confirmed with the estimate.
Do you haul away old items?
Yes. Old fixtures, packaging, and project trash can be hauled away for a $25 disposal fee.
How fast can you come out?
Availability depends on the job and route. Text a photo for a free first-look estimate; that is the fastest way to review the scope and discuss an appointment.
Are you insured?
Yes. CrossTrade Contracting is fully insured.
What about electrical, plumbing, or HVAC work?
Minor replacements and non-permitted tasks may be handled in-house when lawful. New wiring, panel work, gas lines, refrigerant work, permits, and other licensed-trade scopes are referred to or coordinated through properly licensed professionals.
